Refunds and returns

You can return a lighting product within 30 days of purchase if it is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

If a product arrives faulty, contact us with your invoice number and a description or photo of the fault and we will put it right.

Installed products, custom orders and services already performed are not returnable.
