Privacy notice

Eternal Ventures, RMS Warehouse, NRZ Complex Warehouse, Off Seke Road, Harare, Zimbabwe, is responsible for the personal information described here. This notice is written with Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act in mind.

What we collect

• What you type into an enquiry form: name, phone number, optional email address and message, and the page you sent it from.
• When you tap a WhatsApp or call button, a record that the tap happened and on which page, without your name or number.
• A one-way hash of your internet address, used only to block spam and abuse. We do not store the address itself.
• Website analytics from Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which use cookies to measure visits and advertising.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, and understand which pages and adverts help people find us. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Our service providers: Supabase (database), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising). They process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with you and for up to three years afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop emails from us, by writing to eternaltechnologieszw@gmail.com. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
